Today, is a very special and different podcast/conversation with my dear friend, Lauren Hammersley. Years ago, her daughter was diagnosed with a very rare form of cancer and battled it through her childhood to the age of 7 when she passed away. Lauren was featured on an MSNBC documentary, "In the Dark of the Valley '', which focuses on a mother on a mission to find out why rare forms of cancer are being linked to nuclear poisoning of Santa Susana Field Lab.
