Our guest is Wisconsin native Mary Creviere Turner. Mary and her husband, Don, have been married for 48 years and have lived in Houston for 37. They have three grown children and are looking forward to the birth of their seventh grandchild in the spring. Turner just completed her 10th year of mentoring at a local elementary school. She has been writing poetry for only five years and is the author of a children’s book of poetry and photos entitled African Safari.
