<p>During his recent interview on the show, we talked about California Senate Bill 326 and, by extension, Senate Bill 721. SB 326 mandates that a structural inspection of balconies, walkways, and decks be conducted every 9 years and the HOA's reserve study be updated according. SB 721 requires property owners to perform regular inspections on these structures and make necessary repairs or upgrades to ensure their safety.
