When it comes to sumo, the words "incredibly athletic", "smart", or "strategic" don't often come to mind, at least in the West. But in Japan, the sport of sumo has a long and storied history and is rich with tradition. It is a critical part of Japanese culture and today, we explore how the sport might also take form as an art.
