May 31st, 2024 marks the two-year anniversary of my Spontaneous Subarachnoid Hemorrhage.  I wanted to reflect on that day and my experience suffering a Near Death Experience or NDE. I get candid about my mental health at this current moment and offer a challenge for the listeners to reach out to someone they haven't spoken to in a while and check in on their mental state.  Life is too short and everyone is going something.
