We're joined by my younger sister who turned Vegan in 2015 and hasn't looked back since! We speak about her story of "converting" to veganism, the challenges she faced along the way and how it helped her to overcome an eating disorder. She tells us some shocking facts about the effect the agricultural industry is having on our planet, shares the benefits of following a plant-based diet (for our health as well as the environment) & gives practical tips on how you can make a positive change to your diet!

We're joined by Omar Salha, founder of the Ramadan Tent Project and Open Iftar. To date, Open Iftar has fed 70,000 around the world and it continues to grow rapidly, with the intention of feeding 20,000 people this Ramadan alone! Omar tells us the story of how the project grew from its humble beginnings to where it is today, being sponsored by some huge organisations including Lidl UK and gives advice on how you can start a project like this of your own.

We're joined by Fatih Seferagic, a world-renowned Qari whose recitation of the Qur'an has touched the hearts of millions around the world. Fatih tells us the story of how he memorised the Qur'an, he reveals how his recitations first went viral and speaks on the importance of having a relationship with the Qur'an. We also speak ALL about food! Fatih tells us his favourite foods (and least favourite), calls himself 'straight Pakistani' and even speaks some Urdu! Undoubtedly my favourite episode yet! We discuss the challenges of running a restaurant today and he shares tips on how he personally deals with competition. With decades of experience running various businesses, Tofozzul shares insightful business advice that can be implemented by anyone, regardless of their industry.
