<p>Talk 2 with John Stewart of the UK Noise Association - <strong>NOISE: THE CINDERELLA POLLUTANT AND ITS FORGOTTEN VICTIMS</strong></p>
<p>Noise affects more people in their day-to-day lives than probably any other pollutant, yet it is downplayed by many in authority who dismiss it as no more than a local issue. We will look at the health and quality-of-life implications of noise. We will consider why the authorities get away with side-lining such an important pollutant but also explore ways in which communities can make noise an issue.</p>
