This one was fun for me. I actually filmed the video on my phone for the first time and when I tell you... I felt so silly. LOL
I talk all about that, why I didn't do it sooner, my own limiting beliefs and how I cleared them, and I give some major insight into how I support my clients (and myself) in looking at "procrastination" and what resistance around taking a step might mean.
