This is the video version of the interview Mark held with Tim Arnett, owner of Spring Creek Tavern in Hot Springs, NC. On September 26, 2024...the rain had moved in. The water was rising. But by the time Tim left his business, he was thinking that perhaps it was not going to be as bad as they were predicting. Unfortunately, that was not the case and the town and many of the towns in the North Carolina mountains were swallowed by the flood waters.
