Today we will be talking to Castell Barnes about Quality vs Quantity. Quality vs Quantity is a major point in the small business world, especially when it comes to producing marketing content. Obviously the quality of your product needs to be good. Without a good product or service, it is MUCH harder to market as negative reviews will always hold you back within your business. However, within marketing, quality vs quantity is a discussion that must be had.  When you product content is the copy good? Does your video stream in 1080p? Do you bring actual value to your audience? Is your content engaging?  These are all questions you have to ask when it comes to the quality of your content.  Or do you discuss the opportunities around quality? How many posts do you post every day? Every week? Every month? Why do you post as much or as little as you do? Does it matter when you post? Does it even matter how much you post? Are you not producing more content because you are just lazy? Quality vs Quantity is a very important question to ask within your business. In today's episode @joelcoopr owner of @lionhousefitnessofficial has an amazing story to share with us. This man is insane. Doctors told him, ever since he was a child, that he would not be able to walk for his entire life due to a medical inhibition.  Instead  of just dealing with it and letting his physical failure get the best  of him, he persevered and did not let anyone tell him what he could or  could not do.
