Within hours, hundreds of people were combing the woods. And within days, thousands of volunteers, law enforcement officers, and even the National Guard would join one of the largest searches Pennsylvania had ever seen. But despite the massive effort, no trace of Marjorie was ever found. Nearly 90 years later, her disappearance remains one of the most haunting missing child cases in American history.
