V/H/S 2 surprised audiences when it was released to both (mostly) positive critical reception and financial success. So, it might have seemed inevitable that it would get yet another sequel. That would be V/H/S Viral, featuring none of the original filmmakers, which received the worst critical reception, and the lowest box office numbers, of the franchise. Was it deserved?
