Kathy Burns, Director of Operations, and Kenny Tallier, Transfer & Cuddle Break Coordinator, from the Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando, introduce us to Pearcy, a nearly 1-year-old pup who was dumped, along with his sister, at the gates of the shelter. Kathy reminds everyone how it's better to adopt and not shop. They also share the great news about finally breaking ground on their new shelter, replacing the one that burned down three years ago.
