<p>Today I want to talk about something that I'm trying to take more seriously in my life.</p>
<p>I realised recently after a coaching call with my friend that my sleep schedule is having a huge impact on every aspect of my life. It's pretty much a snowball effect.</p>
<p>You know how the cycle goes:</p>
<p>- go to bed late<br>
- wake up late<br>
- too tired to hit the gym<br>
- productivity suffers<br>
- have a nap<br>
- another late night because you're not tired</p>
<p><strong>It's relentless.</strong></p>
<p>That's' why I'm on a mission to change my sleep for the better, starting with this short list of 8 things I've started doing in an attempt to optimize my sleep.</p>
