Hey friends! We are back with another episode and this one, is especially for Halloween! Sometimes in life you need to take a step back from all the serious topics and have some fun. We asked our followers to send us some funny and spooky Halloween stories and we read them for you! We were laughing so hard and also got very creeped out. Lissa is a real life goddess and deals with so many struggles on a daily basis. She is a mom of two and has border line personality disorder, depression and anxiety and is here to open up and share her story with the world. She is strong and resilient and talks all things mom and mental health.  

Today we will cover subjects such as depression & anxiety in teenagers, the influence of high school on mental health, finding the right medication, getting yourself into therapy and fighting the mental health stigma. Emily is amazing and this is the first time she has shared her story with the public. SO GIVE IT A LISTEN. 

On this episode we sit down with Alexis Haines and talk about her "Pretty Wild" past. We discuss how she struggles for years with a heroin addiction and how she overcame her hardships. We talk about how she handled so much abuse growing up and how she is taking the higher road now and doing things to help others. And we discuss the famous Reality TV show she stared in on "E" called "Pretty Wild"  and the famous "Bling Ring" Shenanigans she was apart off. Alexis now has her own podcast called "recovering from reality" and owns a Rehab house she uses to help others struggling with addiction. She is the definition of AMAZING and I promise you do not want to miss this episode.
