As the founder of Lead Changes, she provides individualized intervention, parent coaching, and consulting to help families and schools navigate the road after a dyslexia diagnosis. Rebecca has worked with hundreds of students across the U.S. and internationally, bringing deep expertise and heartfelt empathy to her work. Her mission is to ensure every child with dyslexia receives the instruction and support they deserve, and that parents feel equipped to lead the way. She is the author of Dyslexia & Your Newly Diagnosed Child: Techniques, Tips, and Strategies to Help Your Child Thrive (Penguin Random House, 2025).
