<p>As we move further away from Covid and the inflation it caused, economies are shifting.</p><p><br></p><p>The market that was hungry to travel in 2022/23 has spent most of their surplus cash and is now facing the reality that everything is 43% more expensive than it was in 2019 (according to global financial data).</p><p><br></p><p>This means that the middle class guests you were attracting are having to tighten their belts and cut some of the ‘extras.’ That’s bad news for you.</p><p><br></p><p>It means that YOUR costs are up by 40+ % AND it’s much harder to get bookings. No wonder you’re feeling the pressure right now.</p><p><br></p><p>In order to stay in business, you may need to shift the type of guests you were catering to.
