Jalyn is the kitchen manager at the fairly new and incredibly cute Pete's General in St. Petersburg, Florida. Amanda and Jalyn discuss how she got into the restaurant industry and what areas she hopes to grow into in the town where she grew up. 

Josh is the owner of Side Door Bagel, a bagel shop operating out of Amelia's Bread in Indianapolis, Indiana. Side Door Bagel is a fairly new business which has really taken off. We talk about starting our businesses around the same time and what it's like to be a mobile shop with big dreams.

Amanda interviews Rachel from Milk and Honey in Ann Arbor, Michigan. We discuss what it's like working in an unhealthy environment and working your way into a baking career. Milk and Honey is having a grand opening October 26th!
