Chronic disease and auto-Immune conditions are a huge issue and people are looking to relieve the discomfort, anxiety, and stress associated with these disorders. One day I received a text image from Best & Brightest member Chad Croasdale, when I zoomed into the image, it was of a tub filled to the top with water and ice…blocks of ice, and this piqued my curiosity! Chad is a regular listener and I love when a member from the Nation sends me something new to look into…and I just had to know more about this ice bath - and so I reached out to the CEO of Morozko Forge Jason Stauffer, and luckily Jason and his wife Adrienne Jezick were local for a scheduled seminar and could record in studio!
