<p>In this episode Luke sits down in Chittenango, NY with Ryan Powell. Ryan was a 4x All-American at Syracuse University, played in both the Major Lacrosse League and National Lacrosse League as well as on Team USA. Currently he is the head boys coach at Christian Brothers Academy of Syracuse, and runs Rhino Lacrosse and Powell Lacrosse. </p>
