When it comes to DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), it is imperative that we be open to change and different perspectives, and fully embrace DEI to address the constant shifting of customer needs. The work of DEI, although challenging at times, is needed more than ever, and we must have a strong understanding of the “3 I's” (Intrapersonal, Interpersonal, and Impersonal) to execute this work at our best.
