On a mission to bring movement to her community, Eve Southan started a free fitness class on Saturday mornings. Health and wellness have since turned into her full-time business. Eve and her husband Jas run Life in Motion, providing a variety of exercise options and wellness ideas in-person or through virtual at-home sessions. Michelle started working in the charity sector in Scotland at the young age of 15 during a very difficult time in her life. Her passion for supporting a cause, particularly helping children, has carried her to where she sits today as the Executive Director for the Fundraising Institute of New Zealand (FINZ). A lifelong skateboarder and snowboarder, Sebastian Grodd took standing sideways to the sea about a decade ago and hasn't looked back. He says finding surfing has changed his life.
