On this episode of mask off I record my comrade Ricky Moorefield aka Dar-k talking about the disparity between Allegheny county and Philadelphia county’s re-sentencing of its juvenile lifers , which he was and managed to appeal down to 40 years and is continuing to appeal in hopes of eliminating more time off of his sentence.
