With 35 years of food and beverage experience across fine dining, catering, casual dining, and five-star resorts in cities like Los Angeles, Newport Beach, Dallas, and Atlanta, Don has built Don Juanz around strong systems, bold flavor, and a passion for hospitality. His journey has taken him from Bossier City to the film industry, back through college and corporate work, and ultimately home to the restaurant business he once thought he had left behind. Today, Don continues to grow the Don Juanz brand while working alongside his son, serving his church, fishing offshore, and enjoying life with his wife Amy and their two Weimaraners.</p>
