The Fertility Foundations podcast: getting to the root cause of infertility. Sandra Greenbank is a BANT registered nutritionist, functional medicine practitioner, and coach specialising in fertility and pregnancy. Infertility is on the rise and IVF industry is booming, however there is very little help out there for couples who are facing fertility issues. This is why Sandra created the Fertility Foundations podcast; the podcast for those who are experiencing problems with fertility, and want to understand more about how they can take charge of their own path to parenthood. This podcast is here to inform, empower and inspire you with the tools and actions you can use to put down the necessary foundations, in order to help improve your chances of having a healthy baby, whether you are trying naturally or preparing for IVF.

Sarah is passionate about supporting and educating women with PCOS and their partners on their journey to parenthood. In this episode Sandra and Sarah discuss the difficulties of diagnosing and treating PCOS and the need for a holistic approach to addressing the root cause and key drivers in each individual case. Sarah's own PCOS diagnosis in her twenties led her to specialising in this area and, now a mum to two children, she uses her knowledge and experience to support her nutritional therapy practice.
