<p>I spoke with Gypsy a white woman with black children who was very open to the conversation on race. We discussed racism, being racist, unconscious bias and white privilege. We were able to dig deep to get her transparent perspective as white women knowing she is privileged, embracing her privilege while raising her 4 black children.</p>
