2. Overcoming stress and anxiety with Andrea Roberts
Anxiety, depression, being overwhelmed, having irritability… they all show up in our bodies as tension, shortness of breath, fatigue, panic, confusion. When these states become chronic they wear down our bodies and impact our ability to engage with others.
Andrea Roberts is a bilingual yoga teacher (English and Español) who utilizes yoga, mindfulness and self regulation techniques (humor included!) to help clients develop tools to handle these difficult states in the moment, in real time. She teaches yoga to military communities with ComebackYoga.org and is a trainee in the Alexander Technique.
