Ok so boom! I’m like a mini pro at isolation and I’m definitely getting badges in cutting people off 🙅🏽‍♀️😩 So this is the process I noticed I repeat when it’s time to move on from someone I put a lot of energy into. Hope this helps someone 🫶🏽
