Since 2020 we have worked with dozens of small business owners impacted by successive lockdowns. Many owners were at risk of business failure and requested help to rescue their business. We found some common reasons that help explain why some businesses had a greater chance of survival than others. If you want to start a business, being resilient makes sense.
