Y'all, Steve Torma is an absolute treasure! My marriage and children are so happy I found him. Co-founder of the REAL Center in Woodfin, NC, he brings such gentle, loving, passionate wisdom to his relationship trainings. He makes the point that most of our life is spent in relationship with very little time spent learning how to relate.

As a holistic health practitioner and former massage therapist, I personally love how much of his approach includes education on the human nervous system, our primal nature, and why we react, respond, and filter information the way we do. The tragic conflicts we witness within ourselves and throughout our world are largely the result of our natural physiology. If we are going to learn to develop sovereignty over our nervous systems, aka self-regulate, a good first step is understanding and recognizing these impulses. This is a big part of my personal mission to help us evolve before we kill each other! No sarcasm here. It's time to get to work.

I'm honored to share Steve with you via this podcast! Happy listening, friends.
