Came across a purple book most people may know. After learning about real estate investing. Todd started doing fix and flips to generate cash and also bought rental SFH. Tired of the margins getting smaller and smaller and realized rentals were outperforming over the long run. Todd decided to scale and started investing in smaller multifamily units than eventually scaled into larger units. You will learn how Todd did this and more in the weeks episode.&lt;/p&gt;
