You don't know what a feedback cycle is? You've come to the right place. There are two types of feedback cycles, internal and external. I'm explaining both cycles and why you want to leverage them on your journey towards your goal. Feedback cycles are important to understand, especially when you face something which is directed towards the world. (Hint: Everything is.) Finally a real episode! Yay! And don't worry, we don't even know our goals yet. We're just getting things started and keeping them going.

I was keeping myself busy making plans and trying to come up with the perfect first episode. I stopped doing that and created an even better first episode. One that I actually recorded instead of just thinking about it :)
