Setting boundaries is like putting up a wall or sometimes like an invisible electric fence (if you don't communicate well) and then when someone crosses the boundary you blow up and get upset. Instead of setting these external boundaries against other people, try communicating and raising the standards that you want to hold yourself and others accountable to. This has changed the game for me and I hope it helps you too.
