<p>On 21st December 1908 socialite Glasgow socialite Marion Gilchrist was found dead shortly after 7pm, after her maid Helen discovered her having been bludgeoned to death in the dining room.</p><br><p>What would follow would be a case that would become one of the most contested in Scottish law, and one which would cast a lasting stain on the British judiciary system.</p><br><p>@juliejaycomedy talks to @fredcooke.
