<p>Other times? I'm so darn distracted.</p>
<p>Oh, and don't even get me <em>started</em> on my energy levels after 10 pm — I'm basically just like an oversized cranky baby who needs be showered, fed and put to bed!</p>
<p>Okay, sometimes I am all of these things in one day. And, that's completely Our energy levels, like our time, aren't meant to be limitless. Just like the battery in our phones, it's a finite resource that needs to be recharged before we can work at full capacity again.</p>
<p><strong>I found what has been really useful in making peace with the ebbs and flows of my energy is understanding my chronotype</strong>.</p>
<p>Otherwise known as "sleep animals." this is a concept created by sleep specialist <a href="https://thesleepdoctor.com/">Dr. Michael Breus</a>. He believes that each of us falls into one of four "body clock" categories, based on the sleep cycles of animals in natures.</p>
