In this episode, we're focusing on the gatekeepers and bridge builders. For me, I have moments where I don't want to admit that someone is simply gatekeeping a situation, a connection, and a new relationship forming. In this moment, we have to call the spade out. On the flip though, there are people who make sure the connections happen...and I want to make sure to point out what they ideally look like.
