"Self-love" is something we are rarely taught as kids. Prioritizing our family, friends, lovers or anybody had always been our habit. But in a race to love others, who we often forget about is "us". Self-love is a huge topic, covering it up isn't possible in a single episode, but I tried and put what all I could think of and relate to.
