I like to compare our emotions and experiences to the moon phases because…we know the full moon always come back and we know the new moon always comes back. We don’t go about our days questioning when a full or new moon is coming back around because we know that answer. AND we know there are phases between a new and full moon.  It’s not up for debate. Science, right? Let’s take that into our mental health. Evaluate what energies, emotions, and patterns have been consistent in your life. Your mental health journey is a part of your human experience that you’re supposed to have. The problem is when you think it’s a problem. I’m a huge advocate for positive coping mechanisms, and for me, one of those is allowing myself to feel and love every part of my human experience. We’re starting out with a little quarterly inventory. You don’t have to have a business to go through this exercise! This is about taking ownership of your life because. After all, we are all the CEO of our life. Tune into this episode and follow along with some of the prompts in these show notes. 1. What actually happened this quarter? 2. What worked over these last few months? Think about health, family, relationships, business, money, etc. 3. What didn’t work? What did you try and it just turned out…blah? 4. What do you want to add and change?We remove what doesn’t work and make room for something new. While you’re working through these, notice your intention. It might naturally poke through during this process. If not, that’s okay. Take a moment and feel into your intron for this next quarter, month, day, or practice?
