<p>My conversation with Shyless Nkuna, Head of Human Resources (Human Experiences) at the Eskom Pension and Provident Fund (EPPF) made my heart smile and reminded me of the times I've met and spoken to people who view HR the way that she does. We not only spoke about her career progression, but Shyless really opened up about the value she knows and believes people bring into an organization.
