<p>Episode 1 is our introductory episode. JC and Dillon introduce themselves and give some background on who they are and why they decided to start a podcast. We reference JRE a lot in the initial few episodes since this was our inspiration for starting a podcast in the first place. Our goal with Sophisticated Savage is to better ourselves in mind, body, and spirit.
