&lt;p&gt;There is a cycle that seems to continue for women in ministry and business of overwhelm and burnout that I have been persistent in figuring out how to break. It&amp;#39;s bigger than self care days sis. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There is a knowledge we are lacking that I believe God has revealed to us. &lt;/p&gt;
