This is the second episode in a three part series. Much like any good BBC adaptation of a Jane Austen classic. We pick up where volume one ended; Elinor Dashwood meets Lucy Steele. And Lucy drops a major bomb - she is engaged to Edward Ferrars.

George Orwell writes with committed fury about the dystopian nightmare that results when people stop paying attention and lose their freedoms. It's so real that you will definitely need those chocolate cookies to help you work through some issues here. We've paired it with a French 75, a cocktail mainly comprised of champagne, gin and lemon. After the personal vendetta that 1984 had against gin, we felt a moral responsibility to remind everyone that GIN IS GOOD. Umm yes. Our featured gin is the incredible award winning, Barr Hill Gin and our bubbly is the one and only Gruet's Sauvage.
