Over the past 15 years, he</p><p>has acquired, redeveloped, and optimized more than 30 properties, mastering the art</p><p>of identifying value and unlocking potential in overlooked spaces.</p><p></p><p>In 2016, Cory co-founded Hanlyn, which now manages over 700 residential and</p><p>commercial units across Hamilton and surrounding communities.
