<p>Did you know that email is unencrypted? &nbsp;Any server or person along its path is able to read the contents of your email and its attachments. &nbsp;With the district's move to Office365, we have new tools available to us to help spot and stop data leaks, such as emails that contain PII (personally identifiable information). &nbsp;Here are some terms that you might hear in today's episode:</p> <ul> <li>Personally Identifiable Information (PII): &nbsp;Information, when used by itself or in combination with other information, that can identify an individual.</li> <li>Unencrypted: &nbsp;Not obfuscated; not protected from unauthorized access</li> </ul>
