Well, Now What?!

Rachelle is a Registered Dietitian and Personal trainer. She focuses on optimizing performance with plants and helping women reclaim their health.  We chat about when is a good time to reach out to a dietician, women's health, struggles with disordered eating, what most of her clients come to her for, working as a trainer at F45, being an empath and absorbing others' problems,  working for herself rather than a hospital setting. Yoooo. Back with my lovely gal pal Nik. We chat about being in the fitness industry, recovering from an ED, finding a healthy relationship with exercise, freelancing, getting more clients, content fatigue, what to charge, putting yourself out there and any tips she has to freelancing. :)

Noam is a full-time content creator, podcaster, business owner and she is a first-year family medicine resident... all at the age of 24. This gal literally does it all and I had to sit down with her and chat about how she balances her passions, personal life and mental health. 

I am joined by Laura Renstad! Laura and I connected through a few mutual friends from F45 (sorry I can't shut up about it :p).  Laura grew up dancing in North Van and went to the Laine Theatre Arts School in London with honors in dance and musical theatre. She now dances professionally at the prestigious Moulin Rouge in Paris! We chat all about her history with dance, the struggles she faced with body image, moving to Paris by herself, what it's really like at the Moulin Rouge, dancing pretty much 24/7, dating Parisien men vs Canadian mans, and any advice she has for dancers hoping to do it professionally!
