After studying political science at Brown University, where she graduated from in 2013, she started at the Journal's Washington DC Bureau where she has covered campaign finance, the Russia investigation, the federal investigation into Michael Cohen, and the Trump administration.  In 2019, along with other members of the WSJ, Rebecca won a Pulitzer Prize for coverage of Trump's direction of payments from Michael Cohen to Stormy Daniels.  She has also appeared as a political analyst for NPR, MSNBC, and CNN.</description>
