He has had to forge friendships, overcome the violence of prison politics and corrupt officers, and pass the bar, all behind bars. We also get to see the breakdown of his friendship with Darius the moment he comes to tell him that he’s moving in with Marie. Aaron takes control of his life in prison and is instrumental in the new wardens arrival.
