For our last episode of&nbsp;season 1, we’re joined by&nbsp;boss&nbsp;woman, Abisara Machold.</em></p> <p><em>Abisara is the founder and CEO of Inhairitance Curl Spa in Montreal and the founder of the Natural Hair Congress. She also holds a Masters in Political and Communication Science from the University of Vienna. She wrote and researched extensively about Black Identity Construction and Black Feminism,&nbsp;to understand herself and to acquire the necessary vocabulary to express the feelings she experienced while growing up in a primarily white society.</em></p> <p><em>Together, Noëlly and Abisara talk about entrepreneurship from a Black woman's perspective, the importance of creating safe spaces and the politics of Black hair.
