Most of the symptoms are caused by the inflammation and is therefore known as "inflammation".  Inflammation may be caused by trauma, illness, malnutrition, illness, infections, drugs, viruses, genetics, radiation, poor eating habits, and genetic factors. The main cause of lupus is not completely understood and is considered a genetic disease. Some people suffer from lupus for a lifetime while others suffer from it once in their life. People who suffer from lupus may also suffer from aplastic anemia and chronic fatigue syndrome. The main characteristic of lupus is inflammation. This can range from being mildly annoying to quite debilitating. It can cause inflammation of the joints, the muscles, the lungs, the organs, the skin, the eyes, the skin and other parts of the body. The long term effects of the constant pain are the liver and kidneys are affected, the heart and the blood vessels can also be affected, vision can also be affected, hearing and even the digestive system can be affected. Symptoms of lupus may also vary from person to person and from one person to another. It may be hard to diagnose lupus because most symptoms may overlap with one another. It is vital that people suffering from lupus visit a doctor at the first sign of symptoms, for this is how it can be diagnosed correctly. Sometimes it may be difficult to differentiate between lupus and something else that has similar symptoms. The symptoms can also differ because of the different treatment that a doctor might give to a patient. Once you get the proper diagnosis the treatment for lupus will then be different for each person. It is important that you are aware of the symptoms of lupus disease so that you can be prepared for them when they start. Once a patient is properly diagnosed, he or she will have a better chance of finding the right treatment. This is especially true if the symptoms are caused by the same thing. Patients will be more likely to be able to avoid the problems that can occur in a patient that is not aware of lupus symptoms. Treatment for lupus is also different for each person. This means that it is imperative that people know what to expect when they are having treatment for lupus. Not knowing what the effects of treatment for lupus can do is a very dangerous thing. If you do not understand the medications that you are taking and your doctor doesn't tell you about them, you could be in danger. You should ask about the side effects of the medication that you are being prescribed to take. Each symptom is different for each person. Your doctor should be able to identify the symptoms and what they are that you should be avoiding. When it comes to treatment for lupus the symptoms may differ depending on the severity of the disease and the severity of the symptoms.

10. 10 Foods to Avoid When Trying to Lose Weight
Many foods to avoid when trying to lose weight are widely known and have been around for many years. However, more people are aware of them, thus making it easier to live without. Baked beans - This is a very common food that is easily available. However, most people have no idea what's in the baked beans. Beans that are baked can contain plenty of fat, salt, preservatives and can contain dried herbs or spices that can cause digestive problems. It is best to avoid this type of bean. So next time you go to the store and are buying a recipe for bean burritos, do not buy them! Fruits - Fruits are great for healthy living and as part of a diet. However, if you go on a juice fast diet, they are prime examples of fruits to avoid when trying to lose weight. There are many other fruits that are actually healthy and some good examples of healthy fruits are strawberries, watermelon, apple, kiwi and blueberries. Oats - Oats are one of the healthiest foods to eat and are not considered a special diet food. The fact that oats are lower in calories than most other grains and they are high in soluble fiber are the main reasons to eat oats. They are also low in cholesterol and sodium. However, if you are trying to lose weight, oats can make you gain weight, so be careful. Eggs - Protein is very important for muscle building. Eggs are a source of protein and you can eat an egg every day without worrying about gaining pounds! Eating eggs everyday helps maintain a healthy weight while you are still working out. However, if you are losing weight fast and need to get rid of those unwanted pounds quickly, egg whites are a great replacement for one egg. Red Meat - Red meat should be consumed in moderation. It is high in fat and saturated fat. This is one of the worst things to eat when trying to lose weight. You will probably not feel the negative affects until you are far beyond your ideal weight. It is also very easy to over do red meat and by consuming too much, you could very well put yourself in the danger zone of obesity. Processed Foods - These have the exact same ingredients as their natural counterparts but were treated with preservatives and bleaching agents to make them less healthy. They do not taste any better or they are made up of the same vitamins and minerals.  By avoiding these foods, you will get the full benefits from the original foods and there will be no side effects. Take note that you do not want to go a few days without any of these foods, you will have to gradually transition. Plan and stick to a diet that allows you to feel good about eating the foods that you love to eat. *As always, we recommend you to consult with your doctor to find out what is appropriate for your body. *This content is strictly the opinion of The HBM Experience, and is for informational and educational purposes only. 9. Health Benefits of Whey protein on your Body (Powerful Benefits - The HBM Experience)
High cholesterol in the blood can lead to clogged arteries, which can eventually lead to heart disease. It can also interfere with the functioning of the pancreas, and other bodily functions. This is why many individuals find whey a valuable aid when they begin to experience these symptoms. The fact that milk contains B vitamins and calcium, which many people prefer to eat instead of other nutritious foods, makes it a nutritionist's favorite food choice. However, if you're a member of the elderly, you may want to consider whey protein supplements. This type of food is loaded with essential nutrients. It's also considered to be a good fat source, due to its high fat count. Many people have been trying to avoid certain carbohydrates, such as the one found in pasta and white rice, because they think they are "bad" for you. This is a little bit untrue, but this doesn't mean that whey is a healthier choice for people with certain health conditions. It is often used in many combinations of shakes, so this will not be a surprise to many. One reason that the "healthy choice "is becoming more popular, is because people are learning that it's easy to incorporate. There are many places that you can get a shake, but there are only a few that actually use the whole protein that you will find in this type of product. You will also find that the flavor you prefer will differ between companies, so you may want to look at several options before you make your final decision. Some companies will use a combination of whey protein, egg, and chicken protein isolate, which means they will not only add essential nutrients to your body, but they will also add protein and enzymes to help with digestion. This can be very beneficial to those who suffer from an unhealthy lifestyle and struggle with staying full. Many people also opt for this product, because of the low-fat content, which means that it won't add a lot of calories to your daily diet. * As always, we recommend you to consult with your doctor to find out what is appropriate for your body. *This content is strictly the opinion of The HBM Experience, and is for informational and educational purposes only. Major sports leagues, like the NBA and MLS, suspended their seasons. Schools are closing. And governors across the country declared states of emergency. The series of events that unfolded this week paralyzed the country and fueled the already-growing concerns over the coronavirus outbreak. It is important to declare it as a disaster situation because such declaration would put FEMA, which is supporting the Health and Human Services Department and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for coronavirus response, in a position to be the coordinator, and together, they can be very effective. According to CNN, Declarations can also start as one type of emergency and then change to another in order to access more resources. New York Times reports that An Australian official who recently met with Attorney General William Barr and Ivanka Trump has tested positive. In fact, the Australia’s minister for home affairs, Peter Dutton, who last week met with Ivanka Trump, said himself he had contracted the new coronavirus. How do you lower risk of contracting the virus? Older people living in locations that are experiencing sharp increases in coronavirus cases may also need to “think about what actions” they can take to reduce their exposure. This can include strategies such as avoiding large public gatherings, staying home, and avoiding anyone who appears ill. Social distancing also can help people most at risk avoid infection. According to the CDC, the best way to prevent illness is to avoid exposure to the virus. Here are Some of the tips the CDC recommends: Stay home when you’re sick. Cover coughs or sneezes with a tissue,      and then throw the tissue in the trash. Avoid close contact with sick people. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth. Clean and disinfect frequently touched items and surfaces using regular household cleaning sprays or wipes. Stock up on supplies. Take everyday precautions to keep space between yourself and others. When you go out in public, keep away from others who are sick, limit close contact and wash your hands often. Please, we recommend to always consult your medical provider for any other symptoms that are severe or concerning. For more information about the virus, visit the website www.cdc.gov.
