Like I will mention in the episode, we are all at different places in our lives. You don't have to use all of these tips, you don't have to use any of them if they don't suit you. We all grow at our own pace and have to find what works best for you.  Mentioned in the episode is the quote of the day. In the second episode we're going to be looking at what ADHD looks like as a list of diagnostic criteria.  Please note that the information for this episode comes from the book "Driven to Distraction" by Dr. Edward Hallowell. The first episode is nothing technical, I just wanted to take the time to share with you my own personal story regarding my life with ADHD. I think that when we share our stories it helps others in similar situations relate and feel less alone in their struggles.
